"I have to say, when it comes to taste, quality, service, customer care, food standards, and safety, this is truly the best team I’ve seen in Canada. The staff here go above and beyond—first greeting you warmly and then preparing your order perfectly. To top it off, Kim, in particular, is incredibly friendly and delivers outstanding customer service. I enjoy their iced coffee every single day, and if you live in Dartmouth, I’d highly recommend not going to any other Tim Hortons."

"The staff at this Tim's know me by name,been going here for years. I'm a pain in the butt who changes their order everyday or can't have expresso in my drinks but they accommodate that for me with kindness. All the staff are so sweet and show nothing but kindness when speaking with you. I've maybe had a handful of mishaps over 8 years,but they were always handled with care."

"I've been coming to this location for the 5 years that I've lived in Dartmouth and the service has always been wonderful. I'm usually greeted by a smile and a greeting unless they're really busy serving other customers, which at this location is mostly drive through customers. I make my own coffee at home in the morning but I like to stop in and get a second one on my way to work. Service is usually fast and my order is always correct. My issue here isn't with the staff, it is with the other customers I see come through. It's a hard job to do to please people who are demanding and arrogant. Drive through is for the lazy and privileged who don't mind wasting gas and polluting. I take an issue with people who bring their dogs and leave them tied up outside while they're inside getting their order; not everyone likes dogs/pets and I don't appreciate being barked at while I patiently wait to come inside. Also, anyone ordering trays full of coffees should just get a machine and make it yourself instead of holding up everyone else. GET A GRIP PEOPLE! I doubt most folks are at their jobs at 5am so have some respect and decency, or save the rest of us your arrogance."
